Corporate Equipment Hire
Revology Events provides professional, dry-hire equipment exclusively to corporate clients—including venues, hotels, production companies, brands, agencies, and event organisers. All equipment is prepped, tested, and ready for events ranging from short activations to week-long productions.
We do not hire to private individuals.
Photo ID, proof of address and a refundable deposit are required at booking and on delivery/collection.

Fully managed
delivery and collection
Equipment is couriered to your business address and collected after the event.
Example: For a Saturday event, equipment arrives Friday, and is collected Monday.
Charged at our Weekend Rate
(3 × Day Rate).

Minimum hire: £150

We deliver in person within 40 miles of our base in Guildford. For shipping outside this range, charges will apply as follows:

Single items: £12–£24 each way (depending on weight)

6+ items (pallet): £75 each way

Handling: £6 per item

Deposit: Applies for all hire items and is fully refundable once equipment is returned to us safely
