​DJ only: Minimum booking length is 2 hours, and full payment is required upfront to secure the booking.  We have a minimum equipment specification to ensure our DJs can deliver a quality service, contact us for more information and a copy of our 'Tech Rider'. 

DJ + equipment: Minimum booking length is 3 hours, a 50% deposit is required upfront to confirm all bookings.  The remaining 50% is payable 1 month before the event.  If booking within 1 month of performance, payment is required in full. 

Expectations placed on the booker: 1 parking space must be provided directly outside the venue.  The venue must be accessible at least 45 mins before the performance is due to start, to allow for equipment to be set up.  Refreshments must be offered to the DJ during their performance.  We require a minimum of 4 power sockets next to the area our DJ is expected to perform.  If you're package is bespoke our staff will discuss additional requirements during the site visit to ensure adequate provisions are made to run our equipment safely and successfully during the event.  

Bespoke events: are subject to individual quotation, and deposit thresholds and cancellation terms may vary.

Postponements: should there be a need to postpone an event, we work with clients to find a suitable alternative date but cannot guarantee our availability for future dates. 

Cancellations: Under our standard terms and conditions, 75% may be refunded if cancelled up to 60 days before a scheduled event date, 50% up to 45 days before, and 25% up to 30 days before.  Any cancellation made inside 30 days of a scheduled event date will not be refunded.  Terms and conditions may vary depending on the package and/or services you book, and if we are arranging 3rd party providers as part of your booking, so please ensure you read your contract closely.

Outdoor performances: If performing outdoors, we will require power, a level surface and overhead cover in case of rain.

Locations covered: See below for areas covered.  We may be able to provide services in other locations, please discuss your requirements with our team.  

Photographic content & social media: Video and/or photography footage may be taken during the event.  By purchasing a service from Revology Limited, or by attending an event our services have been contracted for, you consent to video or photography footage being taken at the event, which may be used in future marketing and promotional materials, including social media.

DJ Lessons:  Bookings and vouchers for DJ Lessons can only be used toward the cost of Revology Events DJ Lessons or Courses and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services offered by Revology Limited, nor can the booking or voucher be combined with other offers, vouchers, or discounts. The booking or voucher cannot be sold or passed on to others. The booking or voucher is non-refundable. We will do our best to book your lessons at a suitable time for you to attend, however all DJ Lessons & Courses are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee space will be available as desired. If you have been issued a voucher please check the expiry date. We do not run courses during June, July, August, November or December months.  If you are unable to attend a lesson, we do not offer catch up sessions, however if we receive a cancellation by another student, we will try to offer this out to those who may have missed a session, offered on a first come, first served basis.
